We know you’re trusting us with your teenager’s safety and your family’s personal information — that matters more to us than anything. This policy is written in plain English so you can read it quickly and feel completely confident.

RISE Youth Expeditions (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates riseyouthexpeditions.com and runs life-changing service + adventure trips for teens. We are based in the United States and care deeply about protecting your privacy.

All sensitive data (passports, medical forms) is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Only staff who absolutely need it (program directors, medical team, trip leaders) can access it.
We never sell, rent, or share your family’s information with anyone for marketing.
Teen photos/videos are only shared with your explicit permission (and never with full names attached unless you say yes).

We use a few simple cookies:

Analytics cookies → help us improve (anonymized)
You can turn non-essential cookies off any time with the “Cookie Settings” link in the footer.

5. Third parties we trust
Our secure application partner (payments) – PCI-DSS compliant, never stores card numbers on our servers, and has its own strong privacy policy shown at signup

Ask us to delete your family’s information (except where we’re legally required to keep expedition safety records)
Unsubscribe from emails instantly

7. Children’s privacy
We never knowingly collect data from anyone under 13 without clear parental consent. All our teen programs are for ages 15–19 and require parent/guardian approval.

8. Changes to this policy
If we ever make a big change, we’ll email registered families and update the date at the top.
